    i have had enough with Microsoft word. several times now it has refused to save documents and shut down without me telling it to. i am a gcse pupil and cant afford to waste time rewriting essays because your software is broken. it is 11.10 and i want to go to bed but it looks like another late night thanks to microsoft word. do you know how hard it is to write a four page essay? not to mention the time it takes. i really suggest you sort yourself out because i have had enough.

    Instead of blaming the software, which many millions of users are able to use without such dramas, you'd do better to think in terms of why your Office installation isn't behaving. For example, maybe the problem is because something or someone has damaged it. Have you tried repairing the Office installation (via Programs & Features > Microsoft Office > Change in the Windows Control Panel)? What other fixes have you tried?
