Help Desk Template Service Request Email Notifications RRS feed

  • Email notifications have been successfully setup on my server, When I go to setup email notifications for the Service Request Listing to notify me via email that a new service request is submitted it does not send any email.  I do however get an email confirming that an alert was successfully setup, however any update, changes, ect. to the service requests are not emailed.  Any help would greately be appreciated.
