Desktop icons disappears suddenly and permission error appears

Question
-
Hello,
We have Windows Server 2012 R2 DC, and the client PCs are Windows 7.
We have a folder redirection of Desktop and Documents, etc.
they are redirected to a Folder on the DC using a logon script made by application named KoXo.
the problem is sometimes when a user is working, suddenly he got this message and the desktop icons and all redirected items disappears.
The message says:
Windows can’t access \\<servername>\<username$>\Desktop
You do not have permission to access \\<servername>\<username$>\Desktop contact 'network administrator to request access.
and I must log off and login again.
So any advice why this problem occurs?

So, the problem was that the antivirus solution was blocking some files from users folders in the file server which lead to that access denied message.
We applied a hotfix provided by the antivirus vendor and the error no longer occurs.

Thanks Frank, but it's not similar.
My users already can access the files and folders, but the files are been "unloaded" after a few minutes suddenly and that message appears and I already have the permissions to everyone as mentioned in that post.

Addition:
Today, when this error occurred I was able to access the redirected folders using the fully qualified domain name (FQDN).
