Migrating Accounts and OU's from Server 2000 to Server 2010

Question
-
How can we migrate accounts objects and OU's from a older AD (Server 2000) to a new AD (Server 2008). These computers are both existing in the same network but 2000 is currently the primary AD.
We just bought Server 2008, is there any easy possible way to copy the AD Structure from server 2000 to server 2008?
The more I study, the more I realize how little I know.

Hello
If you are planing on just upgrading your domain form 2000 to 2008, here are some steps to follow below.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee522994(WS.10).aspx#

But if you created a brand new 2008 domain and need migrate objects from 2000 to the the new 2008, then you may want to use the ADMT
