Error 500 RRS feed

  • Hello team, guys and girls

    A question, a user is trying to access a intranet website, in the past everything was okay, but now, since one month or so, from time to time, it always give her error 500, first we cleaned the cookies and temporary files, and worked, but later it shows that the problem persists, if we clean again it works, but it's a bit trouble this always repeating itself.

    Do you know why this could happen?

    Tools>Internet Options>General tab, Browsing History, 'Settings' button.... compare their settings with other workstations.

    Does the issue occur on all intranet websites or only on specific website? Did the issue occur with all the users or just the specific one? Have you added the website to the “local intranet” zone?

    If the issue occurred with all the users, we may need to check the website configuration.
    The following link may be useful.

    If the issue only occurred with the specific user, please ensure you have added that website to the “local intranet” zone.
    Try to reset Internet Explorer settings then check the symptom again.
    Tools\Internet Options\Advanced\Reset
