I have recently run into a size issue on the server and am running out of space on the system drive. My hope is to move the file store location of both the wsus content as well as the location of the file store for software deployment.
I have found the ability to move the WSUS information through "wsusutil.exe movecontent"....unless SCE removed that switch as well. Is there such a tool for the software store? Or is there a setting in the console that I am just not seeing? By moving the WSUS content (almost 30GB), I would likely be ok to complete the necessary packages for my department, however, if I could isolate each store to it's own drive, so much the better.
