Office crashes after update Windows version 2004 RRS feed

  • A user with Microsoft 365 Business Standard License, has a problem in the desktop apps. When he tries to save a document and the file explorer popped up the office crashes if he right-clicks in a folder.
    OS: Windows 10 Home Versión 2004
    Office: Microsoft Office 365 Business Version 2002 and 2006
    Device: Lenovo core i7 8GB

    The problems starst when the sysmem update to 2004 version

    We proved to save a pdf from Outlook, save as, file explorer right-click on a folder (Office Freezes).
    We proved to create a new Outlook profile, save a pdf from Outlook, save as, file explorer right-click on a folder (Outlook Freezes).
    We proved to save a Word document, save as, file explorer right-click on a folder (Word Freezes).
    We proved to save a pdf file from Acrobad Reader app, save as, file explorer right-click on a folder (It works).
    We prove to create a new Windows profile and did all previous proves in the new profile. (Same result).
    We prove to repair Office (online repair) and then prove to save a word document, save as, file explorer right-click on a folder (Word Freezes).
    We prove to uninstall Office using SaRA, install again, and make proves. (The problem persist).

    We proved to deactivate McAffe antivirus (did not work).
    We prove to deactivate complements in Outlook (did not work).
    We reviewed system resources when the user right-clicks on the folder (it does not consume more system resources).
    We proved to run sfc /scannow command (the problem persist after run it)

    The customer opened a ticket with Windows support. They help him to perform an update in site process to repair any failure with the operative system. The problem persist after repair Windows.
