Hello forum
First time poster here.
I am the manager of the Exchange policies we enforce at my workplace and I'm struggling to find information about this in the regular TechNet support sites.
My question is as follows:
How can I make an exception to a policy rule in Exchange online that does the following?
The subject of the mail sent, must be excluded from the rule, only if any part of the text in the subject contains the following text {insert random word}.
I have tried to do this as specific text and not a textpattern. The problem here is, that the text is only recognized as an exception, if the text {insert random Word} is at the front of the subject.
Disclaimer: "I'm not at all competent in regular expressions. I tried using either $ and * or even % in front of or behind {insert random Word} using the textpattern instead, to see if that would help, but I cannot tell if this
is even starting to resemble a solution to my issue.
I hope someone can help me.
Thanks in advance.
