Can't Sign In! RRS feed

  • There is an error on the Xbox app version: 7.7.17003.00000
    “We couldn’t sign you into Xbox Live”
    error code: 0x87DD0003

    Upon closing the sign in window, an error is shown:
    “We can’t sign you in right now. Try again later. (0x3fb)

  • This error may be related to service issues. Go to the Xbox Live status page to see whether the service is up and running. If there are any service alerts, please wait a while and then try again.

    If there's not an open alert on the service status page, you’ll want to troubleshoot your connection to Xbox Live. Try the Xbox One Streaming Quality Solution, as this will help to troubleshoot timeout and slow connectivity issues.

  • There is no service issue. I am using this on a PC and can sign into Live from the web fine. What should I do?
