The problem started occurring after an update by Office 2013 H&B on February 24th,2015. It has hit all 10 machines at the site.

When I disable TLS 1.1 under Internet Options/Advanced the error goes away.

Anyone have any ideas on how to correct the issue other than by turning off TLS 1.1?
