Do I need to uninstall Foundation before I can install SharePointServer?

Question
-
I just downloaded this:
Download Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 (180 day eveluation)
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/ee388573I didn't see anything about SharePointServer being 32-bit or 64-bit. I have Windows 7 64-bit.
I tried to install it and got this error message.
I have SharePoint Foundation installed right now. Would this cause the error? Do I need to uninstall Foundation before I can install SharePointServer? I knid of though SharePointServer would start to install and ask me if I want to upgrade from Foundation to SharePointServer. Really, that's all I want to do. I want to try this out for 180-days. How can I get SharePointServer up and running?
Thanks everyone!!Ryan Shuell

More to add what Trevor has written, if you would like to keep your data in the new installation take a look at db attach upgrade option. Simply backup your content dbs now, install SP 2010 according to the guide, restore databases to your new enviroment.

Please follow this guide for the Windows 7 x64 installation:

No, you do not install Foundation prior to Server. SharePoint 2010 is x64 only.

You have to uninstall first and then follow the link Trevor has provided. If you already have some data you shall backup and then attach the databases to the new installation, you can follow the link I provided.

Trevor, you said, 'you do not install Foundation prior to Server'. Ok, so I need to uninstall Foundation and THEN install SharePointServer. Is that right? I just want to confirm, because I think it's going to take a while, and I want to make sure I do it right and not spend a lot of time working on it, and then have to undo a lot of work.
Marek, I don't think I can just do an upgrade. I couldn't even run the 'SharePointServer.exe'. It produced that error message in my original post, about 2 seconds after i double-clicked the file.
Looking forward to your responses, and starting the process of installing SharePointServer.

So, today, I was planning to uninstall Foundation and install SharePointServer. Is this the right way to do it? Or, is there some way to upgrade from Foundation to SharePointServer?
Please advise on the best practice.
Regards.

Ah! Thanks! I was hoping that I didn't have to do the uninstall. I had a heck of a time getting it up and running on Windows 7. I think it's significantly easier to get it working on a real server.
Thanks everyone!!
