    Hello Experts,

    Can someone help me with this issue or direct me in the right
    direction. I am trying to export calendar in to excel sheet .but I want to export
    only for a specific month. E.g. I want to export January 2012 only but it also
    exports many days after and before January and also include reoccurring items
    from other months.

    I can do this be connecting to my outlook calendar and it
    allows me to select date range and export in to excel. Is there any way I can
    do this from MOSS without connecting to Outlook?

    Hi UMAR_USNT,

    I understand that you want to export a specific month to spreadsheet in MOSS2007 .You can open the list in browser ,then choose
    Actions>Export to Spreadsheet .In the spreadsheet you can choose data range .

    1. Click on the triangle expand button behind Start Time column .
    2. All the months that contains events are displayed under current year .You can check to show the events in the month or uncheck to hide the events  .
    3. You can also add filters on the End Time column .
