Exchange rejecting and unable to send mails to certain domain (e.g some users) RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We just deployed Exchange 2010 in our Organization. Before now, our mail and website services were been outsourced.

    But, we felt it is better if we have our own exchange server on-premises.

    Since the deployment of the on-premises Exchange, we've been receiving lot of spams. I decide to enable Anti-spam on the hub transport Server and block some domains, but no and any other yahoo related domain are blocked.

    Whenever I send mail to my email, I received this error:

    " rejected your message to the following e-mail addresses: gave this error:
    [BL21] Connections will not be accepted from, because the ip is in Spamhaus's list; see 

    Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery

    Diagnostic information for administrators:
    Generating server: #553 5.7.1 [BL21] Connections will not be accepted from, because the ip is in Spamhaus's list; see ##
