  • The Stop 0x0000000A (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory (for reading, as indicated by the value of the BCP3 parameter) at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.

Since you wrote that this error came after updating the video drivers, you could try reverting back your system to a previous well functioning state by applying a restore point.
Anyway, if you need an accurate analysis of the problem, upload the DMP file from the \Windows\Minidump folder to your Windows Live SkyDrive, make it publicly accessible and post the URL here, so we can try to understand the reason of the system crash and suggest you a more accurate solution.

    Bye.

  • It may help to look at the minidump files from the crashes with a debugger.

Can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via Windows Live SkyDrive or similar site?

The following link has information on using Windows Live SkyDrive:

    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02db-4665-993a-08d865088d65

If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop

Also, you do not necessarily have to zip up the minidump files, you can upload them one at a time.
