DVD Drive not working RRS feed

  • I can't get my DVD drive working on new Dell laptop please help.

    Have you tried to uninstall the driver and reinstalled again? You can also download the latest driver from manufacturer’s official website.

    In addition, for Dell issue, I’m afraid your best bet is connecting Dell support for further help.

  • If you just purchased this "new laptop" it is covered by a manufacturer's warranty and you should have it checked by either Dell or the merchant you purchased from.
