  • Hi,

Microsoft NetMeeting is a feature of previous versions of Windows that is not available in this version of Windows. Instead, you can collaborate with other people, share documents, and make presentations by using Microsoft Office Live Meeting.

  • Hello,

try sfc /scannow and check if this solve your problem.

If not, try performing a repair install of your OS.

  • Hi Kokila,

in which OS do you want to run NetMeeting? Windows 7 x64? I can tell you from my own research and experience that NetMeeting will not run on Windows 7 x64. It uses several 16-bit functions which can not be executed on a 64-bit system.

  • Hi Nothnagel,

    Thanks for your reply,

Initially, I applied WinNT4SP5 VerionLie shim to install the application in Windows NT4 SP5 Operating system and it installed successfully. When I launch the NetMeeting application it shows "The procedure entry point ASN1PERDecZero TableCharStringNoAlloc could not be located in the dynamic link library MSASN1.dll".

Can u help me in fixing this issue?

    Regards,

    Kokila

  • Hi,

    Thanks for your suggestion.

I tried sfc /scannow command to check the problem but, it shows that "Windows Protection did not find any integrity violations"
