Office 365 Readiness reports RRS feed

  • Question

  • Using MAP 6.5.4226.0 to generate reports from the Office 365 Readiness part.

It reports on a Windows 7 SP1 PC, running Internet Explorer 9 as being "Not Ready" for Office 365 - the reason given is an "Unsupported Browser"

Office 365 lists the minimum requirements as Internet Explorer 7 or above (http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/office365/system-requirements.aspx#fbid=KSk1Thw-ZsJ)

So, simple question really - why is MAP reporting this as a reason when clearly the PC is ready for Office 365?

    Any insight appreciated

    Regards

  • We are having trouble replicating this in our test lab. Can you ZIP and send the log file and Office 365 report to mapfdbk@microsoft.com? The log file can be found in %Program Files%\Microsoft Assessment and Planning Toolkit\bin\log.

Also, just as an FYI, it appears that the en-US system requirements site is different than the en-GB site. Not sure why.
