I'm using Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 32-bit. I've been using this for a year but I never tried Microsoft Anna until just now. When I enable Narration, it doesn't work. I tried the "Preview Voice" in the "Text to Speech" tab in the "Speech Properties" menu, but it doesn't work. What is the problem here? How do I fix the problem without reinstalling the O.S.?
