Virtual domain controllers

    Question

  • What is the "official" guidance on the matter of whether you should keep some of your domain controllers physical instead of virtualizing all of them please?

  • There no real reason for that but if they're virtual then better to have them spread across different hosts for high availability / disaster mitigation.
