Permission on activities in service requests RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi every body,

Is it possible to create a user role :

    •  view and edit form fields of  service requests that are in their queue scope
    •  view and edit activities that assigned to them or their groups
    •  only view activities that did not assign to them but that are in service requests which are in their queue scope

I could not create a user role to reach these goals together.

And I could not create a queue for "activities assigned to me". It seems it's not possible to use token like "[Me]" in queues.

    Every guide would be helpful.

    Thanks.

  • It should be possible to create a custom user role that covers to view and edit service requests that are in their queue scopes. For this the user role needs the permission on the queue.

As far as I know queues in SCSM are not supporting any token like [me] or [mygroup].

    Hope this helps.
