Wsus 10.0.14393.0 on Windows server 2016 missing products

  Hi BBP,
    

  Refer to the method mentioned by Winfried, the specific steps are as follows:
    

  
     

  Make sure your WSUS is properly connected to its upstream server and has completed the synchronization.

  Hi,

  My wsus server doesn't have any external internet connectivity, basically its on a standalone network.

  If your WSUS have no Internet, how you want to download Updates to
  your WSUS?

  Hi Paul,
    

  In a WSUS implementation, at least one WSUS server in the network must connect to Microsoft Update to get available update information. So the WSUS server in your environment must have access to these sites, or connect to an upstream server that can access those sites.
