Program has stopped working. RRS feed

  • I am finding that "incredimail" and "webplus essentials" now stop working with the message "program has topped working and must close"

    It looks like a bug in flash as both use flash and none of my other programs have stopped working.

    I am using windows 10 pro 64 bit.

    They both work ok on W10 32 bit.

    Please check for Windows update, Microsoft has released an update regarding flash players on Windows 10.

    Further, as S.Sengupta suggested, please uninstall and re-install the program to take a check.

    If not working, then we may consider to check for additional errors through Event Viewer, or take use of the process monitor to find out which steps casues the application to crash.
