  • Hi,

What did you do before the blue screen occur?

Did you install any software or drive?

If yes, please try to remove them to see if it can work well.

Here are some method for you to troubleshoot the problem.

    1. Please try to update the latest driver from the device manufacturer's website. Here are steps.

1.1 Select the Start, typeDevice Manager, and select it from the list of results.

1.2 Find the driver, then right-click (or tap and hold) it, and select Update Driver.

1.3 If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try to look for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

    2. Please take a full system scan to check if any virus/malware threat.

    3. Please check if the PC is up to date. (TypeWindows Update, then select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.)

    4. Please perform a clean boot to see if it can work well.
