Windows 10 LTSB with Secure Boot Enabled stops keyboard functionality RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello, I've got Windows 10 LTSB (1607) installed on several different machines. When I boot into Windows my keyboard loses all functionality but the mouse continues to function without issue. I've got Secure boot enabled within UEFI. When I disable Secure Boot and boot into Windows I regain the ability to use my keyboard. Enable it again and lose all functionality.

    Has anyone seen this before?

Currently I am testing on an HP T610 and a Lenovo M700. I've tried several different Lenovo and HP keyboards.

  • Hi ChrisKD,
The issue should be more related to the driver. Please try to download the latest Windows 10 compatible drivers for your machine model from the device manufacturer website especially for the chipset and BIOS.

    "HP T610"
According to my research, the "HPT610" is a printer device model.
    " Lenovo M700"
They have released new driver version recently.
