How to monitor Disk space using default Windows 2003 management pack

Hi All,

i installed agents in 2003 and 2008 OS server and imported core OS management pack but now when i check my server hard disk space its good but i want to set if hard disk free space is only 5% it has to create alert for me. how to do this please i am new to this.

You can locate the monitor and override it based on your requirements:
