When we send out a New Online Meeting invitation to external participants, we also include instructions directing the recipient to click on "First online meeting?" in the invitation which used to open up a site where the Lync Attendee Client could be downloaded. When we click it now, it goes to mostly blank page that says "Need assistance?, use the search box to tell us what you're looking for and we'll do our best to find an answer." The embedded URL in the meet invitation is http://support.office.microsoft.com/client/results.aspx?lcid=1033&assetid=HA101838120&NS=COMM14&Version=14&pc=oc&ver=4&subver=0&bld=7185&bldver=0&CorrelationId=c94860d0-13fd-4dcc-bf7f-868e5b24afb1.
Do I need to modify our online meeting template or does Microsoft need to repair their URL?
Thanks,
Todd
