Microsoft Word Starter Slow RRS feed

    I have Microsoft Word Starter pre installed in my Acer 5250 Lap top, along with Windows 7 Home Premium. On selection, the Word Starter pop up window comes immediately, but the page itself is very slow to load, taking 30 seconds or more. I have done a repair from the Control Panel without success.

    Is there anything I can do to speed this up?

    Hi,

    Please try to reinstall the printer driver test this issue.

    If it cannot work, please test with a new Windows profile refer to below links:

    - Create a user account
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Create-a-user-account

    - Fix a corrupted user profile
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile

    If the problem still persists in new profile, you should contact computer manufacturer resolve this issue, such as reinstall word starter.

    My computer is a single user. One user-same administrator. No printer is used. Except for slow word starter all other functions perfect. I do many tasks as the administrator and everything else also functions well. Doesn't it indicate that my user profile is good and is not corrupted in any way?
