Hi Eric,
Please check the SFB client version in the PCs, if the SFB client is not the latest version, please update the SFB client at first then check whether this issue has been fixed.
If this issue occurs again, please try to disable VBSS and then enable RDP-based screen sharing with making the following change in the registry:
Registry location:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync
DWord name: EnableP2PScreenSharingOverVideo
Value data: 0
In addition, if above could not take effect, please also try navigate to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters, then add the following DWORD and value: MaxUserPort=0000x3a98 (15000). After this, please remember to reboot for the changes to
take effect.
Important: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection,
back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
