  • How do I get the conference call function to work on my system as per the tutorial?

  • The easy answer is enable conferencing in topology builder and run the Lync installer on each of your Lync servers. Of course we don't know which tutorial you are talking about:-)

  • Hi,

    When defining the Lync topology, you can enable the following options:

    Conferencing, which includes audio, video, and application sharing

    Dial-In Conferencing

    Enterprise Voice

    After installing Lync front end and back end server successfully, you would be able to use conference call.
