  • my pc is not getting shut down. please please help me. . . . . the only way is to force shut down. plz help

    Hi,

     

    For various reasons, software programs sometimes prevent Windows from shutting down properly. In this situation, you need to shut down a non-responsive software program manually.

     

    For Windows 7 client, you could also install the following hotfix to check the result:

     

    You cannot make a computer that is running Windows 7 shut down or sleep
