    however, it seems that your reply is for the earlier windows version. In the windows 10, there is no place for typing in WSRESET

    Which problem are you facing?
    The executable file for the WSRESET command is in the C:\Windows\System32 folder for Windows 10 too.
    You either have to hit Win + R, type wsreset and hit ENTER or open an administrative command prompt window, browse to the C:\Windows\System32 folder, type wsreset.exe and hit ENTER to execute it.
