autotext to building blocks RRS feed

    As I stumble my way through the 2003 to 2010 Office conversion, I’ve overcome many of the “learning to do it the new way” problems EXCEPT for an autotext process.  I work with 15 secretaries, each month one secretary updates various autotext entries, and from the MS WORD 2003 ORGANIZER transfers the  autotext changes to a template stored on a network drive.  Once changes are made & saved, then all secretaries run a script to copy the template to the local machine. 

    I’m trying to move this same process from MS WORD 2003 to MS WORD 2010 and feel lost without the “AUTOTEXT” tab that is no longer available with the “2010 ORGANIZER”.  When trying to create this with building blocks, I cannot find an option that will allow me to save building blocks on a network drive – everything appears locally.  I’m looking for another process that will allow me to update autotext (building block) entries on a network drive that is available for all to copy locally.
