How create a survey in Outlook

    Question

  • I need to create a survey in outlook and not use any external links like Survey Monkey.  I need to be able to post about 10 questions and have  the recipients chose yes, no, maybe on each of the questions. I see outlook handle Voting, but can it someone be used to vote on 10 separate questions in one email?

  • Hi,

That can only really be achieved with forms, voting buttons are too limited for that (there can only be one set of voting buttons per message which limits you to one question per message. ).

Have a look at this link, it should help you in getting started:

    http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=63

(Please Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.)

By the way, in this case, you will have to be able to publish the form to the Organizational Forms library so that users can use it.
