Deploying Monitoring Reports

Question
-
I'm installing monitoring services on my SfB Enterprise deployment. I'm at the point where I go to Deploy Monitoring Reports. I enter my Monitoring Database, My account info and it attempts to do the install. But I'm getting the following error.
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800700A4)
at System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.ThrowExceptionForHRInternal(Int32 errorCode, IntPtr errorInfo)
at System.Management.ManagementObjectCollection.ManagementObjectEnumerator.MoveNext()
at Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.GetWmiObjectCommand.BeginProcessing()
Cannot get the ReportServerWebService URL. Verify that Reporting Services is deployed and configured properly on the target SQL instance:"xxxxxxxxxxx\xxxxxxxxxxxx", and that WMI is included on the exception list of firewall setting on the server that is running Reporting Services.I can open the Report Server URL from this same server without any issues and the firewall is disabled on both systems.
Any ideas where I could look next?
Thanks

Can you check if sql service on the server is started (same name as you mention in the error log)?
Here is a good guide for deploying monitoring: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/canitpro/2014/12/16/step-by-step-deploying-lync-server-2013-monitoring/

Hi Matt Inman,
Did you deploy Monitoring role successfully without issue?
You could check the version of your SQL server, there is a similar case below
If there is no issue on SQL server side, you can check the report setting with the link below:
