hello
i have this question. i saw somewhere a 'tooltip'? in server menager, when i add feature it shows the equivalent of powershell command of this same action. where i can find it ?

Thanks for your question.
Would you like to find as shows in the following figure? It'll display on the DC promotion process.
Based on my knowledge, it may appear on particular configuration of some roles and features rather than the time when the role or feature is added or removed.
In addition, here're articles refer to adding windows roles and features using Powershell for your reference.
