Transport rule regular expression for recipient domain RRS feed

  • Question

  • I need a transport regular expression to act when an internal recipients email address is on a certain domain. Based on that I need to BCC that message to another mailbox.

I have tried all sorts of them and either they don't work or they catch messages for domains other than the one I specified.

Can you explain it more specific?

If your company domain is domain.com and you want to send a message to an internal mailbox but the smtp address is user@domain.uk you can create a transport rule below:

Conditions: sent to users that are inside the organization, when a recipient's address contains specific words "@domain.uk"

Action: Blind carbon copy the message to addresses
