Can not activate IRM with "Microsoft Office 365 Developer" subscription RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am trying to determine if there is a way to turn on IRM for testing in my tenant associated with my MSDN subscription. I would like to test IRM with my "Microsoft Office 365 Developer" subscription but get an error message any time I activate it within Office 365 Admin.

    "Error: RMS Online is not enabled for this tenant, please contact Office 365 to enable."
