Websites allowed list RRS feed

  • Question

  • Ok..

I have just one website that I want users to access and thats it.

When I set it in the allowed list it does not show any of the graphics and displays the web page in an odd fashion. I'm thinking that all of the added urls that are embeded in the site are somehow disabled due to the restrictions to the one site.

    Any thoughts?

  • Make sure the images and things like scripts and CSS are all hosted from the same servers.  Beyond that I don't have much of an idea.

Also you could look into editing the HOSTS file so that all traffic is directed at your allowed web site.  It could be designed to prevent DNS lookup by providing your singularly allowed site as the endpoint to all possible requests.  There are alot of resources out there on crafting custom HOSTS files.
