    I discovered a missing selfupdate tree under the Default Website in IIS 8.5. WSUS has Version 6.3.9600.18324 and runs on Windows 2012 R2. Is there a way to recreate the selfupdate tree? The script installselfupdateonport80.vbs does not seem to exist anymore. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    According to your description, my understanding is that Selfupdate folder is missing on IIS.

    On WSUS server, please make sure that below folder is exisit:
    C:\Program files\Update services\Setup folder

    Then, open IIS and try to manually add virtual directory:
    Alias: 
    Selfupdate

    Physical path: 
    %programfiles%\update services\selfupdate

    Then, check the result.
