Format Text ribbon on Project Site - PWA RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a project on pwa and created and linked a project site. However, when I try to edit the project site I do not have access to the Format Text ribbon as I do on a regular sharepoint site or am I able to change the layout. Any suggestions?

  • Hello,

It will depend on what you are trying to edit, for example, if you have a content editor web part on the page and you are editing the content in that web part you should see the format text / insert ribbons.

  • I am trying to see the Format Text ribbon as I would if I were editing a regular Sharepoint site on Office365. But additionally even if we used a content editor, how do we access the Text Layout properties so we can format the layout frames.

  • This is will depend on the features enabled on the site, looking at that it is probably from a publishing site?

  • What would have to be turned on in my Project Online or project site to get that same functionality? As stated I would also like to change the default layout of the Project Site but I don't seem to have an option for that either. I can pick from a list of preset "looks" but I cannot make customized changes...any thoughts?
