Request a Change - email problem RRS feed

  • Hi. I work on approval process workflow and have small problem when someone request a change.

    When a change request is selected (task is set to complete - for a person (1))- and person(2) who have to make a change is getting an email with change request. When that person (2) make a change (task completed) a new task (automatically) is made for person (1) who originally requested a change, but unfortunately a notification email is not being sent to a person (1) about it. (???) Can You help me somehow with it please. Perhaps I should add simple line in SharePoint designer - but I really don't know where.

    According to your description, my understanding is that the person(1) cannot get the email after changing the request in the task form.

    Did the person(1) get the email before changing  the request?

    If yes, then the user will be able to get the email notification after changing the request in the task form.
