I want to migrate my windows XP computers park to windows 7 through SCCM 2012, the problem is that my park is 50% in xp sp2 and50% inxp sp3 and SCCM does not support sp2.
how can I do to install the SCCM agent on PCs xp sp2 (500 computers)

Minimum requirement is SP2 for x64 and SP3 for x86. IF you are not at the correct SP level then unfortunately you cannot install the ConfigMgr 2012 client. Nothing you can do about it (except upgrade the client).
What exactly are you trying to do? Do you actually NEED to install the client.

You could Migrate Windows XP to Windows 7 Using USMT
Step 1: Gather data using the Scan State tool
Step 2: Install Windows 7(OSD)
Step 3: Apply data using the LoadState tool

Or deploy Windows XP Service Pack 3 using WSUS to get your environment up to spec, then deploy your SCCM agent once everything is compliant?
