How to Move multiple Mailboxes Across Forests

I have about 50 new users to add to our exchange 2007 from a exchange 2003 server in another forest. I know how to move a single user using the power shell. But not sure how to do multiple boxes at once.

Use the move-mailbox cmdlet you used for one instead the one in the script.
