SFB 2016 Recording Shared Content "No content was being presented during this time" RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm encountering an issue when the screen is shared in a SFB meeting. It works during the meeting for everyone but the recording displays the following message where the content should be: "No content was being presented during this time".

I've found articles for older versions of the product indicating the same issue and it being fixed by updating but we are running the latest update.

Does anyone know how to correct the issue so that the shared content is captured by the recording?

  • Hi,

Have you tried with other PC to record screen shared meeting to determine whether this is specific client side issue?

Also, before publishing the recording file, please make sure the "Presented content" has been ticked as below.

If it only occurs to specific PC, please try to delete the following users' sip folder to see if it could fix the issue. (%Userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\sip_XXXXX).

    Kind regards,
