IE not working RRS feed

  • When I open IE9 error MSG "IE has stopped working", close program ( I click the box) and it continues to open more windows and more error messages. Ed

  • Hi Eddiethee,

    Firstly please reset your Internet Explorer:

    1. Close any Internet Explorer window;

    2. Open the Control Panel(view by: large icons);

    3. Open Internet Options;

    4. At the Advanced tab, click Reset then follow the prompts;

    5. Click OK.

    If it persists, please try to use Clean Boot to eliminate the conflicts of programs:
