Answers

  • Very odd.  Is your computer a laptop or desktop?  If its a desktop, do you have another keyboard to test with?  However if you do not, try this

    1) Go to Device Manager

    2) Select Keyboard

    3) Right click your keyboard and go to Properties

    4) Try Update Driver first and then go to Search Automatically for driver online

    5) If that doesn't work, Uninstall the driver

    6) Reboot

    7) Windows should detect your keyboard and try to reinstall.

If its a special keyboard, try the manufacturers site for a custom driver

  • if you are using Microsoft keyboard and or mouse, try to update your Mouse and Keyboard Center to latest version

if you have another keyboard brand, try to test with another keyboard, or try to update the driver from the manufactured site
