    the vista is block all soft ware update how do i fixs this

    Click on the blue Vista Start button and in the Start Search box type: Firewall
    When the Firewall icon appears at the top of the Start Menu, click on it to open.
    In the left pane, click on Allow a program through Windows firewall. 
    Under the Exceptions tab, place check marks next to your Norton and Ad-Aware
    progams and click Apply.
