fail to open a specific pst RRS feed

    Dear Team,

    I suffer from an issue that I fail to open one of my pst file. 

    Here are solutions I have taken:

    A: open this file with another account or another device: fail

    B: I tried to find the content of the pst file with content search: fail 

    I would like to know if there are any other tools could fix this pst file?

    Hi,

    You may try using the Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe) to scan and repair your PST file and then try opening it again to see the result. For your convenience:

    You may need to run the tool several times until there is no error could be detected in the PST file.

    Hello,

    If you have tried Inbox repair tool (SCANPST.EXE) as suggested by "Steve (Moderators) and other experts but still facing the same problem, then might be your Outlook data file (.pst) is highly corrupted. In that case, Inbox repair tool does not work. So, you can go for SysTools Outlook Recovery tool to repair highly damaged PST file quickly and resolve the error message.
