SCSM. New Service Request status does not change. RRS feed

  • Hello.
    The problem with scsm. After you create a New Service Request the status (New) does not change.

    have you read (and tried) the suggestions, described here:

    can you please also post a screenshot from the "Activities" SR tab? What activities do you have there?
