Password Sync tool on Multiple Platforms

    Question

  • Dear Members,

I would like to know what Password Sync tool I can implement on a medium sized network, that prevents user from reusing their previous passwords, as well as enforcing users to change password after x amount of time.

I have looked online, but would also like to get some input on this.

Current system we have are the following:

DC/Exchange server that syncs/replicates to AWS-DC and then to O365
Cams - Student information System - holds student information, (integrated with Canvas API)

Canvas Application - LMS (similar to student portal)

    Paper-Cut Application (printing services)

    Cloud Based:

    SalesForce

    Zendesk

    O365

For now I will have to leave out the Cloud based applications, but currently we are using Single-Sign-On to sync all passwords, and of course this is done using a script. The script syncs all on-premise applications, but this has to be done manually. I want to automate this, and enforce it via the (GPO), so the password changes across the applications above - in real-time - providing unified self service for the user.

If the user changes the local computer password, this has to be synced across all applications.

    your reply is much appreciated,

    Amir
